Overview
Updates the Volta toolchain pins in
package.jsonso local development and CI that respect Volta use Node 26.13.0 (26 LTS) instead of 24.19.0, and bumps the pinned npm from 12.0.2 to 12.2.1.No application source, build config, or dependency version changes are included in this diff—only the Node/npm versions Volta selects for this repo.
