A free desktop workbench for Claude Code, on Windows and macOS. Your files, the editor and your own Claude Code session sit side by side, and every edit lands as a change you keep or undo.
This repository holds no source code. Codepit is closed source. This is its public page and the place for bug reports and ideas.
Status: in private testing. Join the waiting list and try the demo at codepit.app.
- Keep or undo each change. Edits appear in the editor while Claude keeps working. Or turn review off and let git be the review.
- Claude's plan stays pinned at the top of the chat and ticks off as it goes.
- The same chat on your PC and your Mac. A chat can move to your other computer with your unfinished code, through a private repository on your own GitHub.
- Point at your page and say what to change. Click an element in the built-in preview, and Claude gets that exact element and the file it most likely comes from.
- A list for the night. Claude works through your jobs, each in its own commit on a night branch. In the morning you keep the night or throw it away.
- A phone companion. Check on a session, answer Claude or allow a command away from your desk. The iPhone app is in testing, and any browser does the same.
The full list is on codepit.app.
All of them show a sample game project, Ember Keep.
