• Record spec-baseline-3; preserve baseline-1, baseline-2 and the historical candidate manifest byte-for-byte.
• Add an explicit official-source evidence mode, cross-bind manifest/spec/assets to baseline 3, retain historical-candidate and old-source regression runs.

Verification completed on f5c36e2 (clean checkout; no runtime/vector changes).

• Clean-checkout conformance: PASS; 155 workspace TypeScript tests, 120 Solidity tests; core TS, minimal TS and both Solidity asset variants match test-vectors/v1.json byte-for-byte.
• Baseline and source-runner unit tests: 47/47 PASS; pinned official text verification PASS.
• Exact merged official source and preserved historical candidate: each 38/38 PASS, zero skips; each old-source negative control reproduces exactly the two expected failures.
• Real Safe/EIP-7702 suite: 58/58 PASS; actual local type-4 transaction, nonce, stale authorization and Registry transition checks PASS.
• All 8 PR checks are green: conformance/TS/Solidity, source evidence, real accounts, CodeQL. Logs/reports are retained in the workflow artifacts.

G4 remains explicitly NOT accepted: the full security gate fails for missing canonical external-review.json and records four post-freeze source differences. No audit evidence was fabricated or scope relaxed. Official ERC-8350 remains Draft until a separate status PR is accepted.

Local pinned-head counts and artifacts remain in the verification record. The historical manifests, vectors and frozen audit target were preserved.

At final verification, the official status PR is OPEN at 670427caebfc425ed37265633307ad70e47b8e55: all nine latest named checks report success, including HTMLProofer in the completed CI run. GitHub reports MERGEABLE but BLOCKED; no review has been submitted on this status PR. Official ERC-8350 therefore remains Draft until the status request is merged. The superseded run was cancelled after correcting project-issue links in the PR body; the code commit did not change.

CI qualification: the upstream Markdown Linter job is green but its changed-file filter only matches root Markdown and EIPS/eip-*.md, so it skips ERCS/erc-8350.md. A supplemental local check used the action's pinned markdownlint-cli2@0.6.0 and the official configuration at the status-PR head:
