BitbucketPS and HipChatPS are retired and their repositories are archived. Move them into an explicit archived section in the module directory, state that maintenance and contributions have ended, and update the contribution guidance. Preserve the historical module pages by advancing their submodule pointers to the merged retirement documentation. The HipChatPS link uses its existing
/module/HipchatPS/permalink.Part of
archive-bitbucketps-hipchatps. Related retirement PRs are merged: AtlassianPS/BitbucketPS#26 and AtlassianPS/HipChatPS#16. Both repositories have been verified as archived on GitHub. Active module release pointers are unchanged.Validation:
git diff --check, the module submodule check, andbundle exec jekyll build --baseurl ""passed. Verified rendered retirement notices, historical pages, archived directory links, and contribution links. Independent review found no blocking issues.
