feat(streaming): add acknowledge_silence param and Silence event - #254

Add the `acknowledge_silence` opt-in to `RealTimeSessionParameters`, so it is available at connect time and mid-stream via `UpdateConfiguration`. When enabled (U3Pro only), the server emits a `Silence` message roughly once per second while no speech is being transcribed. Add the matching `SilenceEvent` (`start_ms`/`end_ms`), export it, route it through the inbound-message dispatch, and cover both with unit tests. Bump version to 1.5.5.
