My name is Arlou and I work as a Senior Cloud Engineer at Broadridge. Day to day that's container and serverless platforms — EKS and ECS Fargate, Lambda, API Gateway — with the infrastructure defined in Terraform and Terragrunt, plus the CI/CD and observability work around them. Before moving into cloud I spent several years building mobile apps in Flutter, which is what most of the older repositories here are.
Most of my client work lives in private repositories, so this profile doesn't show much of the day to day. The exception is civic tech, which I do in the open.
Better Tagaytay — a community transparency portal for Tagaytay City, Cavite. It puts local government services, officials and budget data in one public place. I built it and I maintain it.
