Adds an isolated, synthetic-data, localhost-only GitHub Actions browser capture for real screenshots of Overview, Risk Advisor and Port Audit. This is intentionally draft and does not modify the default branch. The browser connects with a disposable CI key and uploads screenshots as a short-lived Actions artifact; no real inventory, tokens, or private network scans are involved.
