The gather ban (#1590) excludes D2 and D-RA-4, sends D-ASM to a re-spec and promotes N19 (the join is the layout). New: bits 50..52 carry two opposite encodings in code (pyramid 7 -> 0, with_novelty_wisdom 1 -> 7); merged with D-MATURATION3-1. Maps 43 merged PRs onto the recovery ledger (revision c ended at #1591). Read through ten Haiku substrate-mapper maps, checked against main abfa9e2. Closes C39-C52; merges the gather ruling and ISS-ADMISSION-PREP-BINDING into one ADMISSION item with Arm B as its measured example; narrows the slot budget to nesting depth after call_owned; records stale STATUS rows, git branch refs in the default build and two cards without frontmatter.
