PlanIt is free to use through the official hosted service. There are no per-event fees, no guest limits charged, and no feature tiers. Enterprise and white-label arrangements are available separately.

The status page shows real-time health for all platform components, active incidents, and historical uptime. Subscribe to incident notifications via the page if you want to be alerted automatically.

Please use the in-app help form for support requests. Do not open GitHub issues for support — issues in this repository are for tracking acknowledged defects only.
PlanIt stores only what is needed to operate your event. All event data — guest lists, messages, files, and check-in records — is automatically and permanently deleted seven days after the event date. There is no manual step required.

PlanIt is proprietary freeware. The source code is published here for transparency — it is not open-source software and no open-source licence applies.
You may not self-host, fork, redistribute, or build on this codebase. The software is free to use exclusively through the official hosted service at planitapp.onrender.com.
