Record the review findings, reproduced failures, fixes, validation and integration of #70 and #71 into release/3.0.0 at 4b9b2a78cbc1ca89e1994c35d00343ae57bd7905.

This documentation-only checkpoint adds no product, test or build changes. It keeps C1–C4 as recommendations pending the user's decision, documents the listener ownership and reentrant-disposal limits, and distinguishes Robolectric reproduction from emulator regression coverage.

Validation recorded: old product code failed 21 of 72 targeted tests; fixed code passed 161 unit tests, Debug/Release, lint, local publication, the independent Java/Kotlin/R8 consumer and the API36 sample suite (31/31, zero skips/failures). Exact commands and artifact hashes are in the record. Physical devices and API23/26/31/35 were not rerun in this pass. JitPack service verification remains post-tag.

Validation of this documentation change: git diff --check passed; SHA/PR/CI links, counts, commands and the unchanged product tree were checked. No new tests and no redundant local Gradle run for these two Markdown files. PR CI remains required.

All changes target release/3.0.0. Main merge, tagging and publication remain out of scope.

Reviewed the full diff against release/3.0.0 at 4b9b2a7, including the correction since 63cf89b.

• Only V3_0_0_PLAN.md and docs/coordination/3.0.0/2026-11-01-review-fixes.md change, and the head descends from 4b9b2a7. git diff --check passes.
• The plan no longer calls 134 tests the current candidate; that figure is now dated to the Timber removal.
• The difference between PR Fix removal re-entry, drag alpha and touch listener ownership #71's reviewed head e344aa5 and 4b9b2a7 is PR Validate release publication and clarify Kotlin migration #70's five files, so nothing changed in core after approval.
• The PR Fix removal re-entry, drag alpha and touch listener ownership #71 approval and merge commit match GitHub, and the failure counts add up to 21 of 72.
• The record matches the implemented behavior: removal re-entry, the listener ownership limit, Robolectric-only reproduction, the unverified targets, and C1–C4 left unimplemented.

The Gradle results, artifact hashes and fingerprint come from Codex's report; Claude did not reproduce them.

No blocking findings. Approval applies to the exact head above and base release/3.0.0. Merge remains conditional on successful CI for this head.
