… demo uploads, 3v3 ready-ups and Rush restarts the way the plugin does
…s, demo uploads, 3v3 ready-ups and Rush, and a tournament no-show again The demo upload goes through a demos domain like the panel's, a TLS front for the api's /demos and the 5stack bucket, which the simulated servers trust. Redis reads go to the api's db 1, Steam ids are looped over without BSD seq's 7.65612e+16, a poll re-reads what it waits for, a restarted server's setup is looked for after its restart, and Rush is first to 8. The no-show tournament is put Live, since the api now starts a closed tournament past its start and cancels one without teams.

The simulated server now plays what it skipped: tactical and technical timeouts, all and team chat, coaches, cameras (it reports who is off camera and pauses for them), demo uploads through a presigned url, 3v3 ready-ups by captains or an admin's force_ready, and Rush, which restores no rounds. The e2e suite has a scenario for each, and runs a demos domain like the panel's so the upload goes the real way.
All 23 scenarios pass against api main. Along the way the suite's no-show tournament broke: since api#580 the api starts a closed tournament past its start and cancels one with no teams, so it now puts its tournament straight to Live. ready-admin took 209 s in the full run against 30 s alone, so it may need a longer wait if it turns flaky.
