Removes 73 agent plan, handoff and session-record files from this public repository and ignores the agent work-record directories so they are not re-published.
The files were copied first to a private archive with a manifest (source commit, original path, blob sha, sha256). 0 files that changed after the copy and 0 that no longer exist were left alone.
Per the owner's repository hygiene rule: public repositories are not a home for plans, handoffs or session records. Git history still contains the earlier commits; nothing is rewritten.
Removed 73 plan, handoff and session-record files (copied to a private archive first, with a manifest of source commit and hashes) and ignored the agent work-record directories. Real code and docs are untouched. Git history keeps the earlier commits.

This hygiene-only PR removes 73 tracked agent plans, handoffs, session records, and evidence artifacts, adds .gitignore coverage to keep those directories private going forward, and relies on a separately maintained archive manifest for provenance without rewriting Git history.
