Order of Plugins CSS

I have enabled the latest sources-spec-dependencies, works well, but I try to override the styles in my user css file but it seems the plugins css must load after as I can't override without increasing specificity or resorting to !important's. Would be handy if it was loaded before the user CSS.

Hm, I think this is doable, and won't break anything else. I will see what I can do.
