            Built the finance and operations data platform end to end at Innova Solutions, from the enterprise data warehouse and ETL to entity resolution, Power BI models and CI/CD. It fed FP&A and SG&A reporting for executives and producers across multiple business units.

                <li><strong>Enterprise Data Warehouse:</strong> Architected a warehouse integrating Bullhorn, HGC, JobDiva and Oracle EBS, with 25+ PL/SQL procedures across 40+ star-schema tables. SCD Type 2 tracks how dimensions change over time.</li>

                <li><strong>Entity Resolution and Data Quality:</strong> Reconciled employee, producer, client and assignment identities across six systems that share no keys, using 6+ fuzzy matching patterns with collision review to reach 88% accuracy. Automated validation, duplicate detection and cross-system ID reconciliation cut manual verification work.</li>

                <li><strong>Revenue Attribution:</strong> Designed revenue-crediting and amortization rules, including dual-path PnL attribution, so revenue is not double-counted when one placement touches several producers and teams.</li>

                <li><strong>BI Delivery and Dashboards:</strong> Delivered 11+ finance and operations programs, including QBRs, Producer Commission, DSO and SG&A reporting, using Python, Talend, PL/SQL, Oracle ADW and Power BI. Built 25+ dashboards carrying 300+ KPIs and automated margin and audit workflows, saving 70+ hours a month.</li>

                <li><strong>Forecasting and Eligibility Logic:</strong> Built DAX YTD actuals and projection forecasts with multi-level attribution. Also built a ranking eligibility engine that scores GP projections, new placements and total starts against thresholds for compensation decisions.</li>

                <li><strong>CI/CD and Team Leadership:</strong> Introduced CI/CD upgrades that cut deployment time by 50%. Mentored sub-teams of 2 to 4 people, conducted 35+ interviews and earned the Innova Idol Award as a top performer.</li>
