Feature request: Bytecode debugging

It would be great to add a javaclass bytecode debugging feature. For now you can only debug a java files, using source lines information. But in case of a class files debugging it's not applicable.

As I know Java Language Server already supports instruction (not lines) breakpoints.

At present the VS Code Java Debugger only supports source-level debugging, so setting breakpoints directly in bytecode isn’t available. As a workaround:

• Install the Java Decompiler extension to convert .class files back into Java source and then set breakpoints in the decompiled code.
