Reorganization/Refactor with no changes in functionality.

Hello everyone,

I was recently looking at the code and it is a bit hard to understand for me as it is right now.

I was thinking I could help if there are any ideas for refactoring/reorganizing the code in any way.

Maybe splitting the classes a bit?

If I am given clear guidelines, I could submit one refactor/reorganization ans we can see how we go from there.

The old makehuman code (this repo) is generally considered legacy and end of life.

However, if you look in the makehuman2 repo, maybe a similar discussion is relevant there?

My use case for this software is to make 3d parts that are more human compatible.

This software maintains proportions pretty good in general

I was looking for ways to increase the diameter of the head, so I was willing to organize the code to better undertand it and possibly propose a solution for that.

I will check out makehuman2 and see what is over there. Maybe it already has it or maybe it can be enhanced.
