WebGPU has a lot of documentation on MDN (licensable under CC-BY-SA 2.5 or newer). This is better documentation in most cases than what we pull from the spec. I don't know how npm handles documentation licenses if at all, though.
The spec will always be a little more up to date (and will have some specific notes that are useful) but we should always be trying to get that stuff out on MDN anyway.
