Subject: [PATCH] perf(theme): send font preloads as a Link header for Early
 Hints

Same as cloudhal-dev/cloudhal#56: pages send their pairing's font preloads as
a Link response header, which Cloudflare turns into a 103 Early Hints
response when the zone has Early Hints on.
