Subject: [PATCH] workflows: Increase Drafter timeout from 15 to 30 minutes

The 15-minute timeout was too short for Rust project operations
(exploration, compilation, testing), causing the agent to terminate
unexpectedly with MCP server connection errors.

Fixes #332
