Plotting from Python

Connor would like to plot from Python to Autoplot. I'm not sure there are clear demos of how to do this, and it would also be nice if he could use Autoplot URIs instead of having to load data into NumPy arrays.

Essentially, using python code to point to a .cdf path, specifying vap parameters (in python) and then generating the .vap file at some desired path.
