The Fedora project is doing test builds with an alpha version of python 3.11 to find problems before the final release of python 3.11. The libgpuarray build failed because versioneer.py is too old. It uses SafeConfigParser, which was deprecated in python 3.2 and has been removed entirely from python 3.11. Newer versions of versioneer have fixed this issue. Please update your copy of versioneer.py.
