Fix file tree / files open navigation, they are not synced properly together and cause visual bugs

Opening a file from the File Tree in the editor can get desynced from the file open view in the navigation.

For example, Opening index.ts shows the contents of index.ts. But if you open package.json and then logo.svg, logo.svg will be shown in the package.json file and vice versa.
