[BUG] All-day events show a date of 1 day early #79

Description

@quiet-tangent

Describe the bug
All-day events display incorrectly by showing a date 1 day earlier than the actual date. All other events appear correctly for me. I assumed the widget was reading the timezone incorrectly, so I went to set the timezone manually in the widget, but there weren't any settings related to that. These events display correctly in my system calendar and I also double-checked that my phone's timezone was correct, as well (and it is). I've attached a screenshot of the widget from today which shows a birthday (which I have set as an all-day event) and the Labor Day holiday (which is also an all-day event). Both events should be for today's date, but they both display yesterday's date. All future all-day event dates are off by 1 day also.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Set an all-day event in your calendar
  2. View it in Lwidget
  3. See the wrong date

Expected behavior
All-day event dates should match the date and timezone you see in your system calendar.

Screenshots
2 screenshots attached: a screenshot of the widget and a screenshot of my calendar's event list for today.

Smartphone / Device Info (CRITICAL):
Please provide this information so we can reproduce the issue:

  • Device Manufacturer & Model: Google Pixel 9 XL Pro
  • Android Version: Android 17 on GrapheneOS
  • Lwidget Version: 2.5
  • Launcher Used: Kvaesitso Launcher

Additional context
It's likely been going on for a little while, though I just noticed it because now I have 2 all-day events on my calendar.
