Following a standard set of front matter tags in the markdown #3

Description

@kosperera

Hashnode should follow a standard set of front-matter tags so it's quite compatible with jekyll and other markdown parsers as well as to republish on other platforms.

For instance:

  • cover_url instead of cover
  • canonical_url instead of canonical
  • published instead of ignorePost
  • description instead of subtitle
