Hello FreeCAD maintainers!

I would like to submit a new workbench to the Addon Manager: SketchPrint.

Description: A fast, SketchUp-style 3D printing modeling workflow. It features QuickDraw (draw directly on faces), dynamic Push/Pull boolean fusion, and One-Click Export to Slicer (PrusaSlicer).

The package.xml is properly configured, and the project relies entirely on FreeCAD's native Python API and open-source tools.

Your package.xml is not properly configured, please see https://freecad.github.io/Addon-Academy/Topics/Structuring/Manifest/ In particular it lacks the required xmlns, has no package-level icon, and the repository tag is missing the branch attribute.

Second, please structure your addon according to the modern namespaced layout described here: https://freecad.github.io/Addon-Academy/Topics/Structuring/

Finally, your code does not appear ready for any kind of real deployment yet. For example, is_planar_face() doesn't check planarity at all. I'm going to close this request for the time being, please resubmit when ready.

Hello again!

Thank you very much for the detailed feedback. I have completely refactored the project according to the Addon Academy guidelines:

The package.xml is now fully compliant (xmlns added, package-level icon added, and branch="main" specified).

The codebase has been migrated to the modern namespaced layout (modules moved into a SketchPrint/ subdirectory).

The QuickDraw tool now strictly validates planarity checking if face.Surface.TypeId == 'Part::GeomPlane' before allowing a sketch to be attached.

The repository has been updated to version 1.0.1. Could you please reopen and re-evaluate the request? Thank you for your time!
